guided meditation script let go of struggleThe Buddhist refer to struggle as a form of suffering. They believe that suffering is something we all must go through. They also explain how one can transcend their suffering by letting it go.

This meditation script is about letting go of struggle and much like the Buddhist we will transcend our struggle.

Find a comfortable place to sit and relax. If you need to support your body in any way to achieve maximum relaxation make sure you do so. Do not let the idea of proper posture impede on receiving the full benefits of this meditation.

* Close your eyes and focus on your breath for a few moments and as you do just notice your breath. Feel your chest rise and fall.

* Now bring the feelings of struggle into your emotional state. Open yourself up to the feelings of struggle. What does it feel like?

* Does it feel like tension swirling around in a certain area of your body? What form does it take?

* Now say in your mind I see this energy, I can feel this energy and  I am letting go of this energy.

* Take a deep breath and on the out breath let go of that tension. Image seeing it move out of your body and through the bottoms of your feet.

* Say in your mind I see this energy and I can feel this energy and I am letting go of this energy.

* Take a deep breath and on the out breath let go of that tension. Image seeing it move out of your body and through the bottoms of your feet.

* Each time you image this energy leave your body you can see less and less of it until it is all gone.

This is a super easy and quick meditation that combines affirmations and visualization, to help you let go of the feelings and emotions tied to life’s struggles.

Whenever you have feelings of frustration, struggle, tension and anger  inside your body and mind  take the opportunity and focus on the feelings and then say the affirmations, take a deep breath and release them. With practice you will be surprised at how well this works.
