12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">1. Beliefs at one time were just a thought. Some thoughts become beliefs and others do not. The reason why some thoughts become beliefs is because someone close to you with great influence helped you create the belief because it is their belief too or you had an experience that created a belief.

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">2. Most of your beliefs are created in the toddler years. These beliefs are usually ingrained pretty deeply into your subconscious mind.

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">3. All beliefs can change and you are the only one that can change them!

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">In the second series, I created a quick meditation exercise called “Exploring beliefs”. In this exercise, you were supposed to find some hidden belief that is standing in your way from creating your true desire.

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">In the third and final series you are going to let go of that belief and transcend it by created a new belief to replace it.

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">I could easily write a book on this subject and I may some day but for right now, I am going to simplify it. When you need to let go of something there are a few tricks you can use.

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">            Consciously create a new  belief-

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">            Catch yourself-

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">1. The logic test- Remember what a belief is. It is just a thought, are thoughts real? They are as real as you make them. You are in control of what you believe. Therefore, you can persuade yourself that the negative belief standing in your way of get your true desire met is not true.

Consciously, you just keep on telling yourself the old belief is not true and then tell yourself what is true, the new positive belief. As you go about your day look for things that validate your new belief, you will find them I guarantee it!

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Remember: You are always in the conscious creation mode you will finds things throughout your day that validate your new belief and every time this happens; it empowers your new belief and creates a momentum, a universal cosmic force to be reckon with.

Catch yourself- Catch yourself thinking about the old belief and immediately think about the new belief. You are going to have to pay attention to your thoughts and this is not as hard as it sounds, it just takes practice and the desire to change.

One of the best ways I have found for subconsciously imbedding a new belief is to envision it.

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Envisioning- Using visualization is extremely powerful because you can use your subconscious and conscious mind to consciously create a new reality. There are 5 representational systems to keep in mind when you are envisioning your new belief which are;

    :
    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Feel it

    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Smell it
    :
    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Taste it

    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Hear it

12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">You do not always need to use all 5 but the more you include the easier it is to super charge your new belief.

    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">See all aspects of this belief, see how it was created, see how it affects your life and see how your life reflects this belief.

    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now I want you to see this belief as just a thought, nothing more and nothing less it is just a thought. As you see it the thought gets smaller.

    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Ask yourself; what is the opposite, of this former belief-thought?
    :
    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Bring forth the new positive thought, which is the opposite of the limiting thought.
    :
    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">See each of these thoughts side by side.

    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Which one is bigger?
    :
    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Allow the thought of your limiting belief to turn gray and get smaller.

    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Allow the positive thought to show colors; what colors represents this new positive thought?
    :
    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">See the negative belief getting grayer and becoming smaller and smaller at the same time the positive belief grows more colorful, multidimensional and bigger.

    12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The more you focus on your Positive belief the more your heart fills with joy because your new belief is created from love.
